We know that Indonesia has very huge potentials and the biggest of all is our agrarian potential. In that condition, logically our country should be the biggest farming products producer but in fact, we are the biggest importer of it instead. When we talk about agrarian country, we can not separate it from villages, so Indonesia will reach its success from villages not from the big cities.  Big cities advances when the villages does, that's our thoughts.  Because we as farming country we should not abandon this huge potential left for nothing.

Management and Personal Feasibility Summary.

Ranch business will expand with the existence of good knowledge together with good management system in support. As cooperation team of the whole end to end process in that business also with excellent skill as well as our commitment to achieve our missions and goals, we will be able to perform fast development in ranch business.

 Marketing Feasibility Summary.

In marketing process we have been cooperating with the MT Farm Bogor which is ERI Farm as the plasma-core in Central Java area.

 Production Feasibility Summary.

In our cooperation with the MT Farm, we take high quality breed of sheep. Using our excellent raising and brand new fermented feeding system so that our sheep will grow optimally and faster. Within 1 month our sheep can reach up to 6 Kg in mass increasing.

Financial Feasibility Summary.

Our main capital for developing this ERI Farm business is taken from our 3 persons partnership with HKD$ 300.000 in total which is contributed from HKD$ 100.000 for each person. For the shares we calculate it from the percentage of the contributed primary capital.

 Socio-Economic Feasibility Summary.

With the development of ERI Farm business will positively affect the social, economic and culture of the surroundings of both people and environment.

It will give wide open opportunity as follows :

Introduction

Sheep is one of livestocks very commonly close to ranchers in villages. Almost each family raises them in their ranch. Some of them indeed make it as their primary income source. These days sheep ranches are not only found in villages but also are spread to many places and areas. It is caused by the increasingly the need of its meats and its milks every year. Sheep ranch with all its nature is really suitable developed in villages with the most villagers that work as low to middle income farmers. it's more simple in its maintenance process than the other big ruminants, in addition sheep's nature is to breed in twins.

Observed from the development aspect, sheep ranch has really big potential when it is commercialized properly.

Sheep is fast-growing species and it has shorter maternity age than cows or buffalos as big ruminants. That gives a very positive influence to village ranchers in allocating their spare time to be more productive as the sheep ranch needs only simple facility and short time allocation.

Beside its delicious taste in meat, sheep gives additional values such as milk and compost from its waste. As for the village ranchers, sheep ranch functions as their savings which its additional values can be used at anytime. It also doesn't need big capital to start with so that it's really suitable for small scaled ranchers for they still can afford the raising fund.
